2.) Construction/Working Drawings - Layout Plans, Grading Plans, Drainage Plans, Irrigations Plans, Grassing Plan, Green Details

3.) Bid Administration - Providing a detailed bid form for builders to provide pricing as reflected in the Construction/Working Drawings

4.) Site Design/Budget Management - Active on-site participation from the design team to ensure craftsmanship in design and management of budget

5.) Public Relations - Media Contacts, Professional Photography, Planning and/or Hosting Grand Openings, Etc.
